The St Louis convent in Rathmines celebrated its centenary on St Louis Day, which falls on August 25.
80 people attended the St Louis Rathmines centenary event, which included Mass at 3pm, followed by a tea-time celebration. Members of the Central Leadership Team attended and they brought up an exquisite Centenary Candle as a gift, at the Entrance Procession of the Mass. The Irish Regional Team were also in attendance. The sun shone brightly on the occasion, filling the beautiful stained glass windows with colours that only served to enhance the already-colourful and stylish congregation.
