The official opening of the Sisters of Saint Louis’ new Postulate and Altar Bread bakery took place last month in Dassa Zoumé, Republic of Benin. The main celebration began with the blessing of the Altar Bread bakery, which was followed by the celebration of the Holy Eucharist presided over by Monseigneur Bénoit Goudote. The Mass was animated by the Idaacha choir from the local Sacré Cœur parish and the guests danced to the local chants and drums, relaxing together to the end in a simple, but joyous celebration.
