Mary Connellan SSL spent 25 years in Africa which involved three different types of ministries and vastly different experiences. From 1977 to 1987 she taught at St Louis Secondary School, Ibadan, Nigeria. She then became Regional/Provincial Treasurer and member of the Leadership team in 1987, a role she held until 1995. From 1996 to 2002 she was the Principal of St Louis Secondary School, Kano, Nigeria.
Mary shares her memories in this article, of her time in Nigeria, through words and images. To read more about Mary’s memories of Africa, click on Issue 116 of our monthly newsletter Musings.
