The Sisters of St Louis Nigeria Province gathered in Gwagwalada last month for the grand opening of the Bautain Rice Mill building. The Rice Mill, the first of its kind belonging to the Sisters of St Louis, is a factory where rice grains are processed from the raw Padi (rice) plant into a finished rice product ready for market. The opening ceremony began with Mass, which was followed by the blessing of the building and surroundings and finishing with a reception.
