There are 38 Sisters of St Louis in the Ghana Region working across five dioceses. Nineteen sisters are involved in education, at different levels in St Louis schools and other public schools established and run by the government. St Louis Jubilee School in Kumasi is the only private school owned and run by the sisters with five sisters working there.

Seven sisters are engaged in health ministry in diocesan hospitals and one clinic across four dioceses. Four sisters are engaged in leadership. Four sisters are on mission outside Ghana, while four sisters are third level students. One sister is a full time formator and works with a team of formators who are involved in other ministries.

Each sister in Ghana is involved in additional ministries such as pastoral work, ministry to women and community development.
