30 APR, 2014. A one-day seminar on the Importance of Vocational Skills Acquisition was recently organised by the Sisters of St Louis for the general public at the Mater Dei Social and Development Centre, Akure, Nigeria.

APR 9, 2014. Margaret Hosty SSL attended a Conference in Rome last month on “Expanding HIV Treatment”, where she gave a presentation in her capacity as coordinator of the Grupo AAVE Aids support centre in Goiânia, Brazil, and The Aids Ministry of the Bishops Conference of Brazil.

26 MAR, 2014. Mercy Boateng SSL has left the St Louis Jubilee School, Kentinkrono after 15 years of service as the school’s first Headmistress.

26 MAR, 2014. The next couple of weeks will be particularly busy for Terry Dodge SSL, where she will be attending two ceremonies to collect awards in recognition of the fantastic work she undertakes at Crossroads in California.

26 FEB, 2014. Our three pioneers at the new Mission in Dawhan, Ethiopia, arrived just over five months ago. Benedicta Boakye-Yiadom SSL, Ijanada Emmanuel SSL and Justina Ihechere SSL have been busy learning new languages and overseeing the construction of the new convent since their arrival.

29 JAN, 2014. Seven Sisters of St Louis were recently awarded for 40 or more years service in overseas mission at a special ceremony held by the Irish Missionaries Union.
